*Meredith was undoubtedly the worst leader I have ever had in my career.

Throughout the time I worked with her, I ignored numerous red flags. To be clear, I didn’t miss the red flags. More out of delusional convenience than anything else, I buried my head in the sand and pretended they didn’t exist.

In isolation, no one flag was particularly egregious. Viewed in the aggregate, however, they made for a powerful crimson collection sounding the alarm about incoming frustration and ongoing dysfunction.
