Leadership Basics for New and Aspiring Leaders

Too often, first-time people leaders are ill-equipped to handle the responsibilities and challenges of a leadership position. They may have received training on the technical aspects of their role, such as the procedures to follow in certain instances and the competency-based expectations they are required to meet.
