Online Course Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day No Risk Money-Back Guarantee.
This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for our online courses. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we want to be transparent about our refund process. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact info@4nlearning.com.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request one in writing within 30 days of purchase and have completed less than 50% of the course content. Refunds are not available for courses after 30 days from the purchase date or when 50% or more of the course content has been completed.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@4nlearning.com. Include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
Webinar Refund and Cancellation Policy
General
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) business days in advance and in writing via email (info@4nlearning.com). Webinar registration fees are refundable if submitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled webinar time.
If you are unable to attend the webinar and the cancellation deadline has passed:
Webinar fees will not be refunded. However, a recording will be made available for a limited time after the webinar has concluded.
Refunds are not granted due to attendee technology issues.
It is your responsibility as the webinar attendee to test your computer setup prior to the start of the webinar. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technical problem is due to 4N Learning’s error, we will consider issuing a refund.
Webinar Cancellation
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a webinar is canceled by 4N Learning, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible after the cancellation and all monies will be refunded within 5 business days.
